LG Electronics - Pathetic Customer support

Hi All, I heard a lot of praise of LG products in the past due to which I bought a LG Washing Machine (Model No. P8035R37) on 02-01-2013 with a warranty of 2 years. Last month, dated 19-03-2014, I had an issue with my washing machine due to which I called up customer support for their help (Complaint no. RNA140319061874). One of the support guys came to my home and took the photograph of my washing machine and told me that someone would revert back but no one did. Then I called Customer support again on 27-03-2014 fot the same issue (Complaint no. 140327000188). Couple of technician came to my house and again they did nothing and told that someone would revert back but no one did. Then I had to call customer support again on 30-03-2014 for the same issue (Complaint no. 140327000188) but still the issue was not fixed. So then I called up again on 7-04-2014 but again nothing happened (Complain no. 140407035929). So, after calling you guys 4 times with no result, frustration took over me and then I called up again at 8-04-2014 in which they gave me the number of mr. Himanshu (9811354682). I called him up to discuss my issue, then he gave me the number of mr. Mukesh Gulati(9873335824). Mr.Mukesh told me that I will be sending some technicians in the evening but again no one turned up. I agagin called up Mr. Mukesh on 12-04-2014, he said I would call you back but even he didnt reverted back to me as of now. Seems like he is not capable enough to resolve my problem so as LG customer support team. Its been a month now I am calling you guys but no one is taking a step forward to resolve my issue. is this how you make your customers LIfe Good which is your moto.
