GROUP CHEATING BY BAJAJ ALLIANZ INSURANCE COMPANY Based on how I was cheated, I wish to warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz. I am exposing the facts with real names and locations of all those involved. 1. CHEATING GROUP FORMATION. a) Ms. Pooja Kumari Roy, Customer Service, Pune Prepares a killing insurance policy different from the scheme offered. After damage to Customers, bargain with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy. b) Team Life Care Company of (India) Privae Limited, Srivasam, No 15, 1st Cross, Pampa Layout, Hebbal, Kempapura, , Bangalore. 560024 (Agents to canvass insurance for Bajaj Allianz) – Offer fictitious schemes like pay only 3 years Premium, and get 1 Lakh and more from 4th year onwards. Specialists in training their field workers on how to effectively cheat the customers and abscond. c) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty from Tirunelveli. (His contact is through his partner who introduced him to me. - Mr.Nelliappan, Bala Printers, Kokkirakulam, Tirunelveli. MOBILE : 9345985778). Field worker. Canvass, attract, and cheat customers. Abscond after the first premium is paid. d) Messers Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation) – Bajaj Allianz team to justify their robbery, using the lethal clauses in the insurance policy. 2. FIELD CHEATING METHOD. a) Mr.Dhakshinamoorty, approaches innocent rural house wives, poor workers, vegetable sellers etc.. and offer an attractive and fictitious insurance scheme from Bajaj Allianz . (See Attachment - BAJAJSCHEME.jpg). b) Prepare the necessary forms, collect the first premium and send it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited (Field Robbing agent). c) Pooja Kumari Roy, Bajaj Allianz, Pune, prepares a killing policy in unreadable small fonts, to pay 25 years premium, instead of 3 years premium. d) Mr.Dhakshina moorty, forces this policy to the poor customers, as this is the policy as per the scheme offered. Gets the customer acceptance. Sends it to Bajaj Allianz (Robber), through Team Life Care Company of (India) Private Limited, Bangalore (Field Robbing agent). e) Mr.Dhakshina moorty then absconds. His mobile is always switched off or he does not pick up for you. If you trace his house, he is either hiding or gone out. 3. AFTER THE ISSUE OF THE POLICY - JUSTIFICATION. a) The Robbery has taken place before issuing the policy. b) The policy is issued with many clauses to trap the customer from all corners. c) When you surrender the policy after paying 3 year premium, Pooja Kumari Roy bargains with customers on money share from the Total Premium paid (Usually 50-50 and possible less amount to customers). Justify their cheating, using the lethal clauses on the policy. In my case, I paid Rs 75, 000 (3 years X 25, 000), my life saving. She gave me only Rs 47, 616. The balance Rs (75, 000 - 47616) = Rs 27, 384 is stolen by the Bajaj Allianzs Public Cheating group. I also lost the interest on Rs 75, 000 for 3 years. d) Group justification of their robbery by Pawan Mahajan, Shyam Yadav, Venkata Ravi Chandra Jalagam. All from Customer service, Pune. Rokalla Shekar Customer Focus Unit, Jabeen shaikh (1st Level Escalation), Monalisha choudhury (2nd Level Escalation). e) Since the customer is trapped, they drive the customer out from their attention and direct them to contact an outsider, Insurance Ombudsman, scattered all over India. 4. AMBUTSMAN & CONSUMER COURT a) Ambutsman and Consumer court cannot handle the case of cheating by Bajaj Allianz, because the offence has taken place before the issue of the policy. Also the insurance policy has sufficient cruel clauses to reject the customers facts. b) The customer has to get a lawyer (expensive) and run after the court schedules, leaving their jobs and earnings. c) To prove their pre cheating, one has to produce the persons concerned, as witnesses. They will refuse to come and say an open lie that they do not know the customer and refuse all their cheating acts. 5. CUSTOMERS ON DOLE DRUM & MANAGEMENT DO NOT SUPPORT a) Bajaj alliance is well aware of the helpless customers. b) They only support the clauses of the insurance policy. c) They support their paid employees for getting more income, by such cheating techniques. d) Hence, I warn all the public not to deal or part your money to Bajaj Allianz.
