Afford International Packers and Movers - Cheating

I would like to file a complaint about one Mr Maan Singh Choudhary and his son Navin Choudhary who are running the logistics company called M/S Afford International Packers and Movers . They have multiple fake addresses and some of them are #479/81, Om Nagar, Near Rajendra Hospital, NH-8, Gurgaon - 122001 . Phone : 9311154123, 9953848123. Some others are: Plot. No.2119, Street No. 1, Near Tata Service Station, Rangpuri, Delhi - 110037. Phone: 9991404111, 9990594111. Kataria building, basai breedze, basai, Gurgaon, Gurgaon – 122001, Plot No.6, sector 2, Rohini. Presently the contact person is Mr Choudhary who is responding on the mobile number +91-8745867474. And their mail id is afford.international@gmail.com. I took their services to transport household items from Delhi to Hyderabad. The items were packed and loaded on evening of 1st of March 2014. I also made a payment of Rs 4, 500 as an initial one for which there is no receipt till date. The total payment was agreed verbally with Mr Chodhary and his son was Rs 6000 for which there is no proof. The balance payment was agreed to be paid on the delivery of my items. I was promised that the items would reach me maximum by 10th of March 2014. Even after repeated calls to Mr Choudhary and his son Navin by me and my colleague Mr Naresh Rao (+91-9871191110), we never got any response from them. We were being fooled every time with unreasonable lies and excuses being given by both father and son who used to answer one phone call for every 10-15 phone calls made by me and Mr Naresh Rao.We got an LR copy in the third week of March 2014 and the total amount billed was Rs 8820 /- including service tax and insurance charges. Finally On 10th of April 2014, after repeated arguments and calls, we were informed by Mr Choudhary that my items have come and kept at a godown in RR Nagar, Old Bowenpally, Near More Super market, Hyderabad and the contact person of the godown is Mr Sukhvir Singh (+91-9393003002) and that I have to collect them myself. The supervisor of the godown Mr Sukhvir Singh informed me and Mr Rao that I have to make a balance payment of Rs 7, 000 and I also have to pay extra for transportation, unloading and delivery at my doorstep. At this point, we made multiple calls to Mr Choudhary asking him for an explanation for charging us so high. There was no response from him at all. One of my friends Mr Anupam Singh (+91-9999002285) spoke to Mr Choudhary and negotiated to collect Rs. 6, 000 instead of Rs. 7, 000. I paid Sukhvir Singh an amount of Rs 7300 (Rs 6000 + other transportation + delivery charges) on 12th April 2014 and the same evening my items were delivered to me. When we started unpacking the cartons that evening, we found to our horror that all the items (the cartons & boxes specially) were in a terrible, torn and damaged condition. From the list of items mentioned in the invoice given to me by Sukhvir Singh on making the balance payment, it clearly shows that 3 cartons are fully missing from the total list. We were shocked to see that the items inside every single packed carton has been totally ransacked. Valuables like 4 expensive perfumes worth more than Rs 12, 000, about 15 deodorants worth Rs 3, 000, some expensive cosmetics - 4 Kaya skin clinic serums and creams/lotions (totally new and unused condition) which are worth Rs 8, 000 and other cosmetics like Mac eye pencils and Colorbar eye pencils worth Rs 2, 000, clothes like sweaters, sarees and other dresses worth Rs 6, 000, whole lot of costly books and office related confidential documents and other stationery like business executive diary, 4 new and unused slippers and 2 pairs of shoes worth Rs 6, 000, artificial jewellery worth Rs 3, 000, curtains worth Rs 1, 000, 1 mobile phone and some chargers worth Rs 2, 000, camera worth Rs 6, 000, wrist watch worth Rs 5, 000, the whole lot of kitchen items including edible items and crockery worth Rs 4, 000 were totally missing. The cartons are so torn and the items inside clearly ransacked, everything upside down, fully damaged and stolen very cleverly. The items which I have right now are so damaged that they are not even in a condition to be used now. The total losses as now I estimate to be at least Rs 45, 000 and even more. There is a blunt response from Mr Choudhary that he is not responsible for the missing items and refusing to even accept and he is also saying that we can do anything we want from our end. He is not bothered at all. I need somebodys help in this matter. Pls contact me on sujathaisb@gmail.com and 9966027089.
