XOLO CELL PHONES - NO SERVICE AND NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER CENTRIC

I HAVE PURCHASED XOLO Q700 MODEL IN JULY 2013. THE BATTERY IS SWOLLEN SO MUCH THAT I CANNOT USE MY CEEL PHONE. I WANT TO PURCHASE A NEW BATTERY AS THE WARRANTY FOR THE ACCESSORIES IS JUST 6 MONTHS. THE BATTERY IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH ANY OF THE SERVICE CENTERS IN MUMBAI, ALSO THERE IS NO CLEAR RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER CARE HELPLINE NUMBER. WHEN I CALL THE SERVICE CENTER TO ASK FOR BATTERY THEY SAY, THEY HAVE ORDERED FROM THE COMPANY BUT NOT YET RECEIVED, AND ALSO THEY SUGGEST TO CALL CUSTOMER CARE BUT, WHEN I CALL CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY CONTACT SERVICE CENTER. THIS IS HAPPENING SINCE LAST 45 DAYS. I HAVE BEING CALLING THEM REGULARLY BUT THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM BOTH SIDES. IF I ASK TO TALK TO SENIOR THEY DONT FORWARD THE CALL TO SENIOR. WHAT SHOULD I DO????
