OLA CABS - Overcharging and unsafe!

Hi! Extremely disappointed with OLA CAB services of late! Last week I took auto from Kharak Singh Marg in CP, Delhi to Patparganj which is about 10 kms. I was charged for 20 kms. I called up the customer care (01133553355)and insisted on speaking with a senior since even in the past Ola has not really done much about the complaints. I got to speak with Asif (who said was the supervisor) and was reassured that this would be looked into and a refund would be initiated ASAP. It's been more than 6 days and I have not heard back or got the refund. I similar harrowing incident happened two weeks back with OLA CABS when again I called for an auto. The guy and the vehicle which came was different from the ones that were reflected in the app. I was told that Ola allows for different drivers and vehicles to be used as replacement in circumstances of emergency. I declined the ride! Ola your standards of service has really gone down and this is sheer customer harassment from your end. Having spoken to a senior and then getting no response really makes me question how serious you are about customer safety and satisfaction!
